What are the 5 most important things to consider before starting a business?

  1. Consult with an accountant to determine which tax structure is most advantageous for your expected financial performance and what type of business structure you should choose.
  2. Talk to a lawyer to find out the advantages, disadvantages, and costs of each type of business structure.
  3. If you have a business partner, make sure to agree in detail on the most important issues—both for when things go well and for when they don’t. It’s important to clarify in advance how you can exit the business.
  4. Discuss the agreement reached with your business partner with an attorney to determine what type of document should be used to formalize it—whether the company’s articles of incorporation or a separate partnership agreement among the members.
  5. Check to see if the business name or product name you intend to use is available and is not protected by law.

How can legal services be provided online?

The work of a lawyer is based on personal trust, but it is also a service. We work not only at our office, but also over the phone and via email.

You can contact us on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp. You can book an appointment online.

We’ll get your case started online, whether it involves corporate matters, real estate, or legal advice. Just ask your question, upload your documents, and we’ll calculate the attorney’s fees and costs ONLINE, and we’ll answer your question within 1 business day—FREE OF CHARGE.

Whether you entrust our office with drafting a purchase and sale agreement or making changes to your company’s registration, you can provide all the information needed to finalize the agreement ONLINE. We’ll send you a draft of the contract, and you can decide whether you’d like to sign it IN PERSON or ONLINE.

To sign a contract in person at our office (1139 Budapest, Forgách utca 19), all signatories must be present. You can schedule an appointment ONLINE as soon as the documents are ready.

If you would like to sign a contract ONLINE, you can sign it from anywhere, and identity verification and countersigning will take place via video call. Once the contract is finalized, we’ll send it to you; you’ll print it out, have all parties sign it, and then send all copies to our office in paper form (by mail, courier, etc.).

As soon as we receive the signed contracts, you can schedule an ONLINE appointment for countersigning. This is a video call (Teams) that you can join from any phone or computer, as long as it has a camera and microphone. During the call, we’ll verify the identities of the signatories and complete the countersignature process.

We will submit the countersigned contracts to the Commercial Registry and mail them to the signatories.
