Next, we’ll walk you through all the terms and conditions using our online form, prepare the draft contract based on the information you provide, and review it online with you and your contracting partners.
You print it out and have all parties sign it on paper—it’s not necessary for everyone to be present at the same time and in the same place. Then you send all copies to us. If any party would like to sign the document in person, that is, of course, also possible at our Budapest office.
As soon as we receive the signed contracts, you can schedule an appointment online for remote identification. To verify the signatures, we need to identify each signatory and their signature, which can be done with just a video call. If you signed in person at our office, a video call is not required.
We submit the countersigned contracts online to the Land Registry and mail them to the signatories. We handle the entire Land Registry process through to registration; you do not need to do anything else.

Our fee is proportional to the amount of work involved. The simpler the case, the lower the attorney’s fee. For example, for a 70 million property purchased with your own funds and without a right of first refusal:

No problem. You can also sign in person at our office, and you can even schedule an appointment online for that. In-person and remote signing can be used together.
